Right of withdrawal (Products) – Consumers

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery of the product, except where legal exceptions apply (for example: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; personalised goods; etc.).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a notice within the deadline to: info@etiqo.it, stating the order number and the product(s).

Returns (Products)

Products must be returned intact and, where possible, in their original packaging, with any seals unbroken.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within the time limits required by law, using the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

 

Experiences/Events

For Experiences with a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply under applicable law. The cancellation policy set out in the “Experience Terms” (or in the Terms & Conditions) applies.
