Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms govern purchases made through the Etiqo website of:
a) beauty and textile products (“The Silk Collection”);
b) in-person experiences/events in Italy with a limited number of seats (“The Silk Experience”).

3. Contract formation

An order is deemed accepted when the customer receives an order confirmation email. The Seller may refuse or cancel orders in case of unavailability, obvious errors, or suspected fraudulent use.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any additional costs (e.g., shipping) are displayed before the order is confirmed.

5. Payments

Payment methods available through Wix Payments at checkout are accepted.

6. Shipping and delivery (Products)

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout.

7. Experiences/Events (limited seats)

Experiences are in-person events with limited seats. The Experience page indicates, where applicable, date, location, duration, any requirements and participation rules.
Purchasing confirms the reservation of a seat until availability is exhausted.

Experiences are reserved for adults aged 18 or over. Purchasing an Experience constitutes a declaration by the customer of being at least 18 years of age. The Seller reserves the right to exclude from participation anyone who does not meet this requirement, without obligation to issue a refund unless otherwise required by law.

8. Experience cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 7 days before the Experience date: full refund of the amount paid (except for any non-refundable fees imposed by the payment method, if applicable).
From 6 days before and up to the start time: no refund, but a voucher (credit) for the same amount will be issued and can be used for a future Experience, subject to availability and the Seller’s instructions.
No-show (failure to attend): no refund; voucher at the Seller’s discretion.

9. Right of withdrawal (Products) – Consumers

For Products, if you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days from delivery, except where legal exceptions apply.

10. Returns (Products)

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

11. Legal warranty

For consumers, the statutory legal warranty of conformity applies.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is the one of the consumer’s place of residence/domicile, where provided by applicable law.
